Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship across India, dispatched from Hyderabad, Telangana. International shipping is planned and will be announced on this page when available.
Dispatch time
Dispatched from Hyderabad within 1–2 business days.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery estimate
Delivered across India in 3–7 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary with location, weather, and operational conditions. Remote pincodes may take longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders at or above ₹999. For orders below this value, a shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Cash on Delivery may carry a small additional fee where applicable.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we send your tracking number (AWB) and a tracking link by email and/or WhatsApp. You can also track any order anytime on our Track Order page using your order code and email.
Packaging
Ghee and pickles are packed carefully to protect against transit damage. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
