Why we started

Food that tastes like home, without the compromise

Nectaré began with a simple frustration: so much of what fills our shelves today is made cheaper, faster, and further from the food our families actually cooked. Seed oils replaced traditional ones. Preservatives replaced patience. And somewhere along the way, the taste of real Hyderabadi cooking got diluted.

We wanted to bring it back — not as nostalgia, but as something you can eat every day. Pure buffalo ghee, slow-clarified the way it should be. Aachars built on Deccan recipes, cooked slowly in groundnut oil, spiced with intent. Nothing artificial, nothing hidden.

What we stand for

Four promises in every jar

No seed oils

Our pickles are made in refined groundnut oil — the traditional Deccan pickling medium — never sunflower, soybean, canola, or palm.

No preservatives

No artificial preservatives, no synthetic colours. Just oil, salt, spice, and time — the way pickles were always meant to keep.

Slow & small-batch

Ghee slow-clarified for aroma; pickles slow-cooked in small lots. We make less, but we make it right.

The craft

Made the slow way, on purpose

Mass-made food is built for shelves. Ours is built for tables. We work in small batches so we can taste as we go, adjust by the season, and never cut a corner to hit a number.

Our buffalo ghee is slow-clarified to coax out its golden aroma and grainy richness. Our pickles are cut, cured, and cooked by hand — mango in its short summer window, tomato at its ripest, ivy gourd fresh and crisp.
